Our particular North Cook Intermediate Service Center does not administer the GED nor do we maintain records. For assistance, contact the Cook County High School Equivalency Records Office. There, more information on transcripts can be found as well.
Ordering your Illinois High School Diplomas & Transcripts
To order Diplomas and Transcripts of HSE test scores (GED, HiSET, TASC), send an email to ICCB.CookHSE@illinois.gov with your name (current name and name during testing) and date of birth. We will verify you have earned an Illinois High School Diploma and, if desired, send you a Request Form. Instructions for ordering Diplomas and Transcripts through the mail are outlined below.
Need Credential Verification?
We cannot send diplomas or transcripts electronically. However, the Illinois Community College Boardcan provide email verification of your HSE credential. Email ICCB.CookHSE@Illinois.gov with your full name (current and at time of testing) and date of birth.
