Coaching Packages & Process

The NCISC coaching program is designed to move educational leaders towards action. 
NCISC works diligently to pair clients with the best-fit coach to help them achieve their goals. The Coach will reach out directly to the client to schedule sessions. The pace of sessions should allow enough time for reflection and growth-work, while being frequent enough to maintain the relationship.

We encourage clients to start with our six-session package to form a trusting relationship with their coach while exploring challenges through solution-based conversations. 

Initial New Client Package

• 6 sessions, 30-60 minutes each
• $1,500

Returning Client Package

• 4-6 sessions, 30-60 minutes each
• $250 per session

Subsequent Sessions

• Clients can schedule additional individual 30-60 minute sessions as needed
• $250 per session

Time Frames

• Leadership Coaches and clients typically meet during the week between 8:00am and 4:00pm. Coaches may, though are not expected, to meet with clients outside of typical hours.
• These sessions should be held within a three- to six-month window to be the most impactful for clients. If emergencies or other scheduling conflicts require an extension, you must get prior approval from NCISC.
