Fingerprinting Services


  • fingerprinting North Cook ISC has resumed fingerprinting on a LIMITED BASIS for school districts that have hired employees who need to start working immediately. To ensure increased protection for our staff as well as the educator, NCISC has set up an area in our office that adheres to all social distancing guidelines and with all necessary safety protocols.


    As stated above, we are providing fingerprinting services on a limited basis. If a school district needs to have someone fingerprinted right away, please send an email with the name of the individual to Izabela Kuczek at ikuczek@ncisc.org.

     
     
    Each candidate must complete the following forms:
     
    FINGERPRINT AUTHORIZATION & RELEASE and FBI PRIVACY ACT STATEMENT FORM

    These forms should be completed and emailed to ikuczek@ncisc.org. After the forms are received, Izabela will contact the individual educator to schedule an appointment. The individual must "pass" the questionnaire, agree to wear a mask and maintain appropriate social distancing behaviors when coming in person to the North Cook ISC office, before being given an appointment. 
     
    These are unique times and we are attempting to minimize time spent in our office. As such, we will require the candidate to be patient and flexible. We will have limited time slots and appointments.

    North Cook ISC provides finger-print-based Criminal History Records Information (CHRI) checks through the Illinois State Police (ISP) and the FBI. Proof of valid identification is required at the time of printing.

    Please call to schedule an appointment at our office. Appointments are scheduled most Mondays - Fridays, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
