Strategic Plan

During the 2023 school year, North Cook leaders solicited feedback from staff, Governing Board members, local superintendents and members of our professional collaboratives. We asked two basic questions:

  1. What are the strengths of North Cook?
  2. In what areas would you like to see us improve?

We also conducted interviews with Board members, staff and members of our leadership team asking their perceptions of North Cook today and what they wanted North Cook to be five years from now. The North Cook leadership team analyzed, sorted, resorted and synthesized approximately 400 pieces of survey feedback and numerous points of data gleaned during interviews.

In that process, we identified our purpose, values and beliefs, and our key areas of focus.

Leading • Learning • Together
