We Are Moving!
We are thrilled to announce that we are transitioning our North Cook Intermediate Service Center (NCISC) office and the North Cook Young Adult Academy (NCYAA) to a new location! Our new campus in Mount Prospect (852 Feehanville Dr., Mount Prospect, IL 60056) will allow us to continue to grow our services in the region and become centrally located to all districts we serve. In-person NCISC operations at our Touhy Avenue location in Des Plaines will cease at the end of July, and all NCISC appointments will be conducted remotely for the month of August. Our hours of operation and contact information will stay the same.

Fingerprinting will temporarily take place in-person throughout August at Mount Prospect School District 57 (701 W. Gregory, Mount Prospect, IL 60056). All licensure and fingerprinting appointments should be made on our portal.

Students will begin attendance at NCYAA on September 8th. View our school calendar for a complete NCYAA 2026-2027 school year schedule.

Educator Workshops and Administrator Academies will continue to be held throughout Summer 2026 online. Learn more about Professional Learning events at NCISC.
Summer Hours of Operation
For June, July, and the first two weeks of August, the NCISC hours of operation are Monday-Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Office Hours
The North Cook ISC office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
PLEASE NOTE: North Cook ISC offices are CLOSED in the summer on Fridays –
starting June 6th through August 8th.
Fingerprinting appointments must be made online on our website. Please go to our Fingerprinting Services page to book an appointment.
