    (8/5/2020)
The Learning Technology Center of Illinois, an educational technology support organization on the umbrella of the Regional Offices of Education developed this Return to Learn Playbook, an impressive resource to help prepare educators for the uncertain school year ahead.

On their How to Use This Guide page they state, "It is centered around the themes of
digital engagement, feedback, and communication and how these themes will look in both a fully remote learning setting, and a hybrid model. It contains a collection of instructional strategies, tools and platforms, best practices, templates, and other resources."
