Residential Demolition Fees:  $300.00 for the first structure and $150.00 for each additional structure on the same property.
Commercial Demolition Fees:  $750.00 per structure. A commercial structure is defined as any building greater than four (4) residential units or commercial. A school is considered commercial.

Demolition and/or asbestos permit fees WILL NOT be waived now or going forward. Fees also apply when notifying the IEPA.
