Per Illinois School Code (105 ILCS 5/10-10), the Board of Education (BOE) shall notify the Regional Superintendent within five (5) days of the occurrence of any vacancy on the BOE. Please utilize this standardized form to notify North Cook ISC when a Board vacancy occurs.
