Through access to an in-depth, total-immersion analysis of data, North Cook Intermediate Service Center's System of Support (SoS) team helps teachers and administrators make strategic choices while developing a School Improvement Plan (SIP) to reach Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) levels.

Our SoS team offers:

• a proven process that involves teachers in analyzing school data, stating observations, listing hypotheses and formulating attainable goals for school improvement
• Northern Illinois University's web-based Interactive Illinois Report Card system with district, school and student-level ISAT/PSAE data
• assistance from SoS consultants to accomplish data-driven goals that are incorporated into individual SIPs aligned with the State of Illinois School Improvement rubric
• technical assistance to establish a coordinated effort for school improvement
