North Cook Intermediate Service Center's System of Support team works with your school or district to design curriculum, instruction and assessment that reflect the most current strategies. Our goal: increase test scores for underperforming student populations.

Our SoS team offers:

• research-based curriculum and instructional practices proven to positively impact the achievement of underperforming students
• an effective process for clearly documenting a mapped, standards-aligned curriculum of instructional units to increase student achievement across diverse types of student need
• Reading and Math strategies that are standards-aligned and embedded within instructional units
• assessment models crafted to prepare students for success on grades 3-8 Illinois Standard Achievement Tests and 11th grade Prairie State Achievement Exams
