Based on The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership by John C. Maxwell, this Academy explores the author’s research about leadership as distilled into a handful of life-changing principles. Lessons from other current research, including Good to Great, are included in this interactive, multi-media experience.

Program:		In this multimedia, interactive presentation, participants will explore a myriad of “laws” that relate to effective leadership. Topics to be introduced include: How leadership determines a person’s level of effectiveness and why influence is the true measure of leadership How leadership develops, within the leader and across time. The relationship between leaders and those they lead – why does one follow? The day will end with a personal action planning session in which participants will determine how they can and will apply lessons learned in their leadership positions.
