You will discover how Professional Learning Teams and Early Intervention Teams can transform a school for continuous improvement, how you can create developmental benchmark data, organize and support teacher teams, and you will learn a system for tracking and measuring the developmental improvement of each Professional Learning Team separately and as a whole.
