Managing Mood and Behavior Disorders ( ISBE #597)

School leaders, teachers and parents continue to learn that descriptions like “naughty, daydreamer, trouble-maker, etc.” don’t get at what underlies mood and behavior problems. The need continues for us to learn more about these underlying conditions, if we are to address them in ways that best help the students.

Start Date:12/2/2010  8:30 am
Program:In this workshop you will learn about the tools and research needed to fully understand and manage mood disorders ranging from anxiety, depression and bi-polar to Attendtion Deficet Disorder (ADD), Obsessive Complusive Disorder (OCD) and Autism Spectrun Disorders within the school setting.
