It will shed light on why the pre-teen through teenage years are especially difficulty for boys and it will offer practical solutions that schools can follow to address the needs of boys and girls better. Participants in this workshop will be able to better lead their buildings and district about in addressing key learning differences between boys and girls, and they will be able to propose common sense solutions that every teacher can use in his or her classroom.
The presentation will include PowerPoint, cooperative group participation and you will receive a copy of Boys and Girls Learn Differently by Michael Gurian.
