Beginning July 1, 2010 North Cook ISC has become ROE #05 and responsible for teacher certification in north Cook County. Due to programming issues the Educator Certification System (ECS) is not yet available for certificate registration. It should be available sometime in August 2010. There is no problem in waiting until then to register your certificate. In the meantime, most other services are available on ECS.
